Q#2 : Can I change my order?

A: We’re unable to make any changes to your order once you’ve hit the ‘place order’ button.

Q#3 : When will my order will be shiped?

A: After your payment is verified, it takes up 3 to 5 days to process and ship your order.

Q#4 : Can I change something in my order. How can I do that?

A: If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

Q#5 : Do you provide tracking information?

A: Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us at support@shopeaglestore.com or eagle@shopeaglestore.com

A : Yes. including  The US, UK, Australia & Canada , EU Countries , Kindly note that Our primary markets currently Are the US, UK, Australia, Canada, and EU countries.  We may expand to other regions later on

A: Obviously we offer free shipping for orders over 100$ For the mentioned regions .
